Christina Maheia, also known as "Diggz," was born and raised in Los Angeles, coming from humble beginnings as the daughter of Immigrant parents who moved from Belize in search of a better life. Growing up in Compton, she developed a strong passion for the arts and entertainment industry. However, her journey initially started in politics at the age of 17 when she landed an internship with the California Democratic Party. In this role, she worked closely with the Deputy Political Director, organizing grassroots fundraising events and campaigns for various political figures. One of her most notable achievements was her involvement in the grassroots campaign for former President Barack Obama during his initial run for US President in 2007. Following her graduation from Compton High School in the same year, Christina pursued higher education at California State University of Northridge, where she focused on Media Management, Communications, and Marketing.

Christina's journey in the arts and entertainment world took off when she found her passion for writing and doing voiceovers for radio commercials. This led her to secure an internship at the popular radio station Power 106, where she began working as a sales and promotions intern at just 19 years old. During her time as a sales intern, she gained valuable insights into the business of radio and media advertising. After six months, she transitioned to the promotions department, working under DJ Carisma, the current music director and mix show coordinator for Real 923. Following her one-year internship at Power 106, Christina joined Royal Time TV, an independent television network, as a programming assistant. This experience provided her with firsthand knowledge of television programming in foreign markets. In 2012, her passion for the music industry ignited when she found herself in the studio with rapper friends. Inspired by this, she took on the role of manager and established her independent record label, Kreative Konscience Entertainment. She signed her first two artists, "Phonkp" and "Fred Blaze," forming the rap collective known as Kreative Konscience.

Christina Maheia, a highly accomplished Music Manager with 10 successful albums and over 20 million streams, recognized the growing needs of musical artists, small businesses, and brands. To address these needs, she made the strategic decision to expand Womanager Company. By introducing a paralegal/professional service department, a Public Relations department, and a Creative/Digital Marketing agency, In December 2022, Christina  Maheia earned her Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies and Currently working on her Master's in Business Administration from Fremont University.  Christina aimed to provide comprehensive support in areas such as publicity, creative endeavors, and digital marketing strategies. Her forward-thinking approach and dedication to meeting the industry's demands make her a true visionary and a remarkable force, earning her the title of "SuperWoman."
